HiSilicon Optoelectronics 10G GPON & GPON Combo optical modules implement multiplexing and demultiplexing inside optical components. These modules help smoothly upgrade a network from GPON to 10G PON while retaining ODNs. Moreover, they have a higher link budget and can achieve a longer coverage distance. They can also support a high split ratio in densely populated urban areas, making them ideal for various scenarios such as weak-light rectification for ODNs.

Supporting Optical Interconnections for Mobile Fronthaul Networking

HiSilicon Optoelectronics provides 10G/25G optical modules with various specifications. 25G optical modules support up to 48 wavelengths, meeting the high bandwidth requirements of mobile fronthaul networks. Moreover, pilot tone modulation is used to identify channel information, implement wavelength auto-negotiation between modules, and support the plug-and-play of optical modules in the wireless system. This significantly reduces the system deployment workload.
